The Fine Print
Our standard shipping fee is AUD $4.95
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will ping into your inbox with an Australia Post tracking code so you can check on your delivery at any time. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing an order, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll investigate.
Delivery to capital cities can take between 3 – 7 business days after your order has been dispatched, and WA and regional locations can take 5 – 10 business days. (It’ll be worth the wait – promise.) All deliveries will require a signature unless you specifically request via Australia Post that your delivery be left without one.
All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars or AUD$
Our Refund Policy
Please choose your new sun care carefully because we don’t generally offer refunds for change of mind. Of course, where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the products you purchased on our website or don't do what they say they’ll do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Skin Health Australia is all about providing exceptional customer service and quality products. That means doing our very best to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available and we can’t fulfil your order, we will email you within 2 business days with many apologies and the offer to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
