Apply before heading outdoors: Apply to dry, clean skin 20 minutes before heading outside. Hold the bottle 10 - 15 cm away from the body.

Apply liberally: For adults, apply at least one teaspoon (5 mL) of sunscreen to each arm, leg, front of the body, back of the body and face (including the neck and ears). One full body application should be the equivalent of seven teaspoons (35 mL). Children may require less than this, depending on their size. Ensure generous application until the product looks and feels wet on the skin.

Application method: Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray onto hands and then apply to the face. Do not apply the product in windy conditions. Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhalation.

Reapply Regularly: Every TWO HOURS and immediately after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

BABIES 0-6 MONTHS: The use of sunscreens on babies under six months old is not recommended. Avoid direct sun exposure and use other forms of sun protection.

WARNINGS: AVOID PROLONGED SUN EXPOSURE. ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, EYEWEAR/SUNGLASSES, A BROAD-BRIM HAT AND SEEK SHADE WHEN OUT IN THE SUN. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or damaged skin. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if required. Store below 30°C in a cool, dark place.
